With a lifetime of experience cooking for her family in Vietnam, our chef is excited to present her vision to you and all our guests. Named "Rising Star Chef" by Craig Laban and as a James Beards semifinalist for "Best Chef", Chef Thanh Nguyen aims to bring the truest most authentic flavors of Vietnam to Philadelphia by introducing each dish exactly how it is served in the streets of Vietnam.

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local farmers' markets. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.
